Male star’s body found in river this morning, previously showed unusual signs
The public is shocked and saddened by the tragic news about this male star.
On the morning of June 1st, People magazine reported that American reality TV star Matt Brown suddenly passed away at the age of 42. The unfortunate star’s body was found in a river in Washington state. According to Matt Brown’s brother, the reality TV star died by suicide. It is known that Matt Brown had a history of substance abuse and had become estranged from his family early on.
On his personal page, Matt Brown’s younger brother was still in shock after receiving the tragic news about his brother: “They found a body in the river a few hours ago, and the identification has confirmed that it is my brother. Honestly, I never imagined he would harm himself. He had been struggling for a long time, as I shared before. And I was worried he might have died from a drug overdose or something similar. I didn’t think he would do this. It seems like it was a self-inflicted wound. Of course, the investigators still have to conduct an autopsy and other procedures.”
Another younger brother of Matt Brown was also present at the scene to help with the identification process and assist authorities in bringing the unfortunate star’s body out of the water.
A few days earlier, Matt Brown’s younger brother had posted a video expressing extreme concern about the star’s condition. In the video, Matt Brown’s younger brother shared a disturbing rumor about him, leaving the public with an ominous feeling. According to Brown’s brother, a witness reported seeing the star near a river in Washington in an unstable state.
The brother also recalled one of their last conversations. They had unexpectedly run into each other at a supermarket.
“He (Matt Brown) called me afterward and said he’d relapsed. And I told him, ‘Get up and keep going. Everyone stumbles. Go back to rehab if you feel you need to. You can do it,’ to encourage him,” the brother shared about the chance encounter with Matt Brown before the star’s death.
Matt Brown was once a popular reality TV star in the US, rising to fame through the reality show Alaskan Bush People, which followed the eccentric, isolated lifestyle of the Brown family in the wilderness.
Matt Brown participated in Alaskan Bush People from its debut in 2014 until leaving the show in 2019 due to addiction. Afterward, he distanced himself from the spotlight and gradually became estranged from most of his family, only occasionally updating his followers on social media platforms like YouTube and Instagram.
He has previously openly shared about his struggle with alcohol addiction and his determination to seek treatment and rehabilitation. In a 2016 interview with People magazine, Matt Brown stated that he realized his drinking was becoming a serious problem before enrolling in an inpatient rehabilitation center. “I could see myself spiraling downwards (because of alcohol),” he confessed at the time.
In a recent video, Matt Brown revealed unusual signs. Despite repeatedly saying he was fine, the reality TV star made strange statements. In one video, he revealed he recently slept in a cemetery because he couldn’t find a safe place to stay: “Last night I slept in a cemetery. I couldn’t find a safe place to sleep. I slept between two graves.”
