“We would like to state our official position on the allegations raised in today’s reports regarding Kim Seon Ho’s one-man corporation operation. Currently, Kim Seon Ho is actively working under an exclusive contract with Fantagio in his own name, and is faithfully complying with legal and tax procedures related to his current contractual relationship and activities.
We would like to make it clear that there are no issues whatsoever regarding Kim Seon Ho’s contract or activities with Fantagio. The one-man corporation mentioned in the report was established for the purpose of theater production and theater-related activities, and was absolutely not established for the purpose of intentional tax evasion or avoidance.
