Prominent stars Lee Min Ho and Ahn Hyo Seop are making headlines as they might have their first project together this 2023.
In a report cited by a media outlet on May 3, Ahn Hyo Seop to possibly make his much-awaited big screen debut through “Omniscient Reader’s Viewpoint,” which is based on a web novel of the same name.
On the same day, the actor’s agency was quick to respond, confirming that the “Business Proposal” star received an offer to play the role of Kim Dok Ja in the upcoming movie adaptation. In addition, he is already considering participating in the project.
Later on, another reported stated that Lee Min Ho is also being courted to join the lead cast of “Omniscient Reader’s Viewpoint.” The heartthrob’s company, MYM Entertainment, confirmed that the actor received a casting offer to portray Yoo Jung Hyeok’s character.
“Omniscient Reader’s Viewpoint” tells the story of Kim, an ordinary office employee, struggling to see the ending he wanted in a turbulent world when the novel he had read for more than a decade became a reality.
The movie is currently in the middle of major casting and is preparing to begin filming this year. It has signed a copyright contract for the production of five feature films for theaters with a large production cost.
If Ahn Hyo Seop accepts the offer, it will mark his long-awaited silver screen debut and will be his first project collaboration with Lee Min Ho.
