“Kim Soo Hyun is the victim of an unprecedented national fraud case.”
Kim Soo Hyun has once again drawn public attention with his latest move. The actor is set to appear in court this coming November.
As of October 27, Kim Soo Hyun’s side once again made headlines. Through his legal representative, the actor once again denied having any inappropriate relationship with Kim Sae Ron since the actress was 15 years old.

According to Kim Soo Hyun, all the evidence — including text messages and photos accusing him — were allegedly fabricated by the Garo Sero Institute and Kim Sae Ron’s family in an attempt to manipulate public opinion and direct all criticism and suspicion toward him.
“The Garo Sero Institute and the late Kim Sae Ron’s family have forged evidence. In the end, the truth will come to light, and they will not be able to escape legal responsibility or punishment under the law. This is an unprecedented national fraud case, a scheme unlike anything seen before, orchestrated by Kim Sae Ron’s family and the Garo Sero Institute. Kim Soo Hyun is the victim of those who fabricated evidence to slander and destroy an innocent man,” the actor’s lawyer stated.
Go went on to say, “Since I joined as legal representative and publicly refuted some of their claims while requesting they release their alleged evidence on September 30, they have remained completely silent for nearly a month.”
He also stated that the alleged KakaoTalk messages between Kim Sae Ron and Kim Soo Hyun were fabricated. “At the time, Kim Soo Hyun was filming the movie ‘Real’. On June 22, he was on set at Yeongjongdo from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. filming action scenes. He left his Seongsu-dong home at 5 a.m. and spent the entire day shooting, making it physically impossible for him to meet or arrange any appointments elsewhere that day,” Go explained.
He concluded, “I urge them once again to clearly present the evidence identifying the person in the June 2016 and April 13, 2018 KakaoTalk conversations as actor Kim Soo Hyun. I also request that Mr. Kim Se Ui submit the full contents of the group KakaoTalk chat he mentioned during his March 18 broadcast to the investigative authorities.”
