Taiwanese Actress Accuses TV Executive’s Son of R*pe and Secret Filming
The entertainment industry has been shaken by shocking revelations from Taiwanese actress Chiang Tsu-Ping.
According to *China Times*, Chiang initially accused a 25-year-old TV crew member of drugging, sexually assaulting, and secretly filming a naked actress. At first, she kept the victim’s identity hidden, saying only that the two had once worked together.
However, Chiang has now revealed that the victim was herself—and named the alleged perpetrator as Kung Yi-Ting, son of Sanlih E-Television (SET) Deputy General Manager Kung Mei-Fu.
Chiang stated that she and Kung Yi-Ting once dated but broke up. In June 2025, she claims he swapped her heart medication with sedatives, leaving her unconscious before assaulting her. He allegedly took explicit photos and videos to blackmail her. When she demanded the files be deleted, Kung reportedly boasted that they had already been backed up to the cloud. Chiang further alleged that at least two other victims exist.
When she attempted to contact Kung Mei-Fu to demand an apology from his son, she said her calls were blocked. Outraged, Chiang decided to go public. She announced plans to sue for NT\$13 million (about US\$400,000) in damages, promising to donate the money to an animal rescue shelter.
Chiang Tsu-Ping is best known for her role in the TV drama *The Storm Riders* (*Feng Yun*).
In response, Kung Yi-Ting admitted to dating Chiang for nearly a year (2024–2025) but denied the accusations of drugging, rape, or secret filming. He claimed Chiang’s online posts had harmed his family and demanded that she delete them, though he pledged to cooperate with investigators.
Kung Mei-Fu publicly defended his son but has since stepped down from his position. SET Television issued a statement stressing that it does not condone illegal behavior and will cooperate fully with the investigation.
The Shilin District Prosecutors Office in Taipei has officially launched an inquiry into the case.
Born in 1978, Chiang Tsu-Ping entered the entertainment industry at 19 and rose to fame through hit dramas such as *The Storm Riders*, *Endless Love*, and *Pawnshop No. 8*.
