Famous singer unexpectedly found dead at 40!!
Taiwanese singer Shen Ye passed away on the morning of January 21, at the age of 40. She had predicted her passing and prepared for her funeral.

Sinchew reported that folk singer Shen Ye, who participated in the Taiwanese (Chinese) music talent show Avenue of Stars, had passed away at the age of 40. Shen Ye knew that she was about to leave this world, so she wrote a farewell message and obituary and posted it on her personal page. The post was limited to friends.
On Weibo, musician Tat Chi Luc shared in grief: “Oh my god, how unexpected! Life is truly unpredictable, it’s hard to believe that she passed away at such a young age. She was only 40 years old… Just last year, on the occasion of Tet, we sent each other greetings during the Mid-Autumn Festival. I bid farewell to talented artist Shen Ye, may she rest in peace!”.
Singer Shen Ye unfortunately passed away on January 21, at the age of 40. She was a famous folk singer from Shanxi who had appeared on CCTV many times.
Tat Chi Luc also revealed Shen Ye’s farewell message on Weibo, in which he wrote: “Long time no see, I am Shen Ye. When you read this article, I will have left this world. But please don’t be sad, parting is not goodbye. What I want to say is, it is my honor to know everyone. I wish everyone peace and prosperity!”
The singer also shared information about the location of the memorial service, and said that everything had been carefully arranged by her in advance. Shen Ye passed away on the morning of January 21.
Shen Ye’s cause of death was that she had suffered from aortitis for many years, commonly known as “Takayasu syndrome” – a rare arteritis.
Because the disease was discovered too late, her carotid artery and aorta were severely damaged. According to some sources, Than Diep had to endure the disease for a long time.
