Ailee Announces Marriage to ‘Single’s Inferno’ Star Choi Si-hoon on April 20 Next Year
Singer Ailee is set to marry Choi Si-hoon, a contestant from Netflix’s Single’s Inferno 1
On November 19, Ailee’s agency, A2Z Entertainment, announced, “Ailee will be marrying actor-turned-businessman Choi Si-hoon on April 20 next year.”
The agency further shared, “The couple met through an introduction by a mutual acquaintance and have been in a relationship for about a year. They promised to marry in May this year, based on their affection and deep trust for one another. Their decision to wed has received blessings from both families, and we take this opportunity to thank fans for their congratulations and support following the announcement of their relationship.”
Ailee also posted a heartfelt message on her fan café, saying, “Thanks to the love and support you all have shown me, I’ve grown into the person I am today. I’ve met someone with whom I can share all this love, and we’ve decided to get married.”
She continued, “I’ve met a kind and dependable person who provides me with comfort and strength. His understanding and thoughtfulness made me want to spend the rest of my life with him.”
Previously, on March 19th, A2Z Entertainment acknowledged Ailee’s romantic relationship, saying “Ailee has been enjoying happy dates with an ordinary man she met through the introduction of an acquaintance with an aim of getting married next year”.
The agency continued, “Ailee will deliver good news to fans by herself as soon as she is ready”, adding “Please show warm looks for the romance of the two and support them”.
Earlier on the same day, a media outlet reported that “Ailee is in a romantic relationship with a goal of getting married in 2025”. Ailee’s lover is said to be a non-celebrity businessman.
