Actor Kang Kyung Joon has admitted to affair allegations in court.
As previously reported, married actor Kang Kyung Joon was accused of having an affair with a married woman ‘B’ in December of 2023, and her husband ‘A’ later filed a lawsuit demanding 50 million KRW ($36,133.46 USD) in damages. ‘A’ claims that Kang Kyung Joon engaged in the affair knowing that ‘B’ was married. At the time, Kang Kyung Joon’s label denied the accusations, but Telegram messages showed he had a particularly affectionate relationship with ‘B.’
At the first hearing for the lawsuit on July 24, the Seoul Family Court accepted ‘A’s lawsuit, which means ‘A’ had the right to file a claim, and Kang Kyung Joon’s lawyers accepted ‘A’s request, acknowledging the extramarital affair.
