Actor Couple Hyun Bin And Son Ye Jin Put Their Newlywed House Up For Sale

On June 7, 2024, it was reported in Korean media that actor couple Hyun Bin and Son Ye Jin had allegedly put their newlywed home on the market. Hyun Bin had made a purchase of a penthouse unit at Walkerhill Podovilel in the exclusive Achiul Village in Guri for ₩4.80 billion KRW (about $3.52 million USD) in 2020.
In just four years, the price of the place rose by around ₩2.20 billion KRW (about $1.61 million USD). A unit is worth around ₩7.00 billion KRW (about $5.13 million USD) now.
It was also reported that Hyunbin put up the house for sale with the help of real estate agents. The couple have been living in the house for 2 years now, since their marriage in 2022.
The super-exclusive building is made up of four floors and houses only seven residences and was inspired by the late world-famous Dutch artist Mondrian‘s painting “Composition.” The building offers free wine on the first floor and offers residents an interior renovation every two years. The top floor is said to house a garden terrace that can be reached only through an elusive secret staircase.
Hyun Bin and Son Ye Jin got married in March 2022, welcoming a baby in November the same year.
