Earlier this year, the former FTISLAND member announced his retirement and would marry his non-celebrity girlfriend this June.
On May 22, Song Seung Hyun took to Instagram to reveal several lovely photos of himself and his fiancée ahead of their upcoming wedding.
Shortly afterwards, CNBLUE’s Jung Yong Hwa—who was formerly labelmates with Song Seung Hyun at FNC Entertainment—posted a playful comment congratulating the groom-to-be.
The singer and actor affectionately wrote, “Our Seung Hyun is getting married. I’m so, so happy for you, and I’m cheering you on. I lo.. love you..”
Previously, on February 15, the male idol born in 1992 apologized to fans and announced that he would leave the entertainment industry and live abroad:
“After much hesitation, I decided to retire and may leave Korea to start a new chapter in life.”
