ASTRO members shared family gathering photos with the late Moonbin’s younger sister Moon Sua
On May 5th, ASTRO’s Yoon Sanha uploaded several photos to his SNS account with the caption, “It’s Parents’ Day. Thank you for giving birth to us.“
The photos show Yoon Sanha, MJ, Jinjin and Cha Eunwoo affectionately shoulder to shoulder. Particularly eye-catching is the presence of Billlie’s Moon Sua in front of them. Moon Sua is the younger sister of the late ASTRO member Moonbin, who passed away suddenly in April last year.
In another photo, the parents of ASTRO members can be seen sitting around a large table, posing with bright smiles. It seems that ASTRO members gathered with their respective parents to celebrate Parents’ Day and Children’s Day. Moon Sua filled the void left by Moonbin, who departed too soon.
The day before, ASTRO members visited Moon Sua’s first fan-con to show their support. Last year, Cha Eunwoo visited the memorial space set up in front of the agency building after Moonbin’s passing and left a note saying, “Be sure to be a hundred times happier in the moon country. Don’t worry too much because I’ll take care of what you left behind. You’ve worked hard. I love you and I’m sorry, my friend.” The enduring friendship of those who still remember and keep the promise made back then touches everyone.
