Before becoming famous like today, Liu Xiang worked as a dancer to make a living. Before that, he graduated from the martial arts department of Chinese Culture University. When he was in middle school, he was skinny and weighed only 48kg at the age of 14, but going to the gym helped change his personality.

Until now, this “bodybuilding monster” is still diligently practicing non-stop. He said he always follows the standard menu of 5 large meals and 2 small meals a day. His main meals are mainly protein-rich foods such as chicken breast, fish, beef and eggs. Luu Tuong also uses a little starch like sweet potatoes or brown rice to ensure health.
Liu Xiang added: “Normally I will start a new day with 7 eggs for breakfast, chicken breast for the second meal, then salmon and steak for other meals. If I’m still hungry then will eat 5 more eggs”.
According to Luu Tuong, if men can control their physique and health, they can control their lives. He added: “Every effort is a growth and the condition of the body is the result of what you have put in.”
He is currently living a happy life with his partner Vivian. She is also a fitness coach, possessing hot curves. Her plump, lovely face is called “little white rabbit” by Chinese netizens.
