Son Ye Jin buys 24.4 billion won building in Yeoksam-dong
Actress Son Ye Jin reportedly purchased a 24.4-billion-won building in Yeoksam-dong.
According to the real estate industry on June 19th, Son Ye Jin purchased a building with 1 basement floor and 2 ground floors (land: 278㎡/total floor area: 242.08㎡) in Yeoksam-dong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul in August last year under her name, and paid the balance on May 30th. The building is currently being demolished for new construction.

The building Son Ye Jin purchased this time is located in the super-station area within a 2-minute walk from Sinnonhyeon Station (Shinbundang Line, Line 9). It boasts an excellent position in the main corner of the food business district that runs from Sinnonhyeon Station to Gangnam Station.
Son Ye Jin owns buildings in key commercial districts such as Cheongdam, Sinsa and Hapjeong. In July 2020, she attracted a lot of attention by buying a building in Sinsa-dong for 16 billion won. She bought a small building in Seogyo-dong, Mapo-gu, Seoul for 9.35 billion won in 2015 and sold it for 13.5 billion won in February 2018.

Her husband Hyun Bin is also a real estate investor. He sold Mark Hills, a luxury villa in Heukseok-dong which he bought for 2.7 billion won in July 2009, for 4 billion won in 2021, and reconstructed a multi-family housing building purchased for 4.8 billion won in 2013 as a neighborhood living facility. He also owns a 4-billion-won penthouse in Guri, Gyeonggi-do.
