A Canadian-Korean Actor Passes Away at Age 22 After Undergoing 12 Plastic Surgeries to Resemble BTS Jimin
Young Canadian actor Saint Von Colucci, who was active in the arts in South Korea, has passed away after undergoing dozens of plastic surgeries in the span of a year to resemble BTS idol Jimin.
According to sources, Saint Von Colucci passed away on April 23 at the age of 22 at a hospital in South Korea due to complications from his recent surgeries.
Colucci, who had moved from Canada to South Korea in 2019 to pursue a career in entertainment, underwent his final surgery for jaw implant. He developed an infection and had to have a tracheostomy, but he passed away a few hours later.
Over the past 12 months, Von Colucci had spent $220,000 on 12 surgeries, including facelift, rhinoplasty, eyelid surgery, eyebrow lift, lip reduction, and other procedures.
According to Colucci’s representative, he had always felt insecure about his appearance, especially his face, despite having features such as dark blonde hair and blue eyes. He was also 182 cm tall and weighed 82 kg.
Von Colucci had filmed an 8-episode South Korean TV series called “Pretty Lies” – also known as “Cogimar” – in which he portrayed Jimin, the 27-year-old star of K-pop group BTS who has been nominated for a Grammy. The show was produced from June to December 2022 and is scheduled to be aired on a major US online streaming service in October.
