Nam Joo-hyuk has officially enlisted in the military!
According to reports, Nam Joo-hyuk is set to commence his mandatory military service on March 20th. In accordance with South Korean law, all able-bodied men must complete 18 months of military service before the age of 30. In recent times, BTS member Jin enlisted for his service and J-hope is also scheduled to follow suit. Nam Joo-hyuk, who gained popularity through his roles in Start Up and Twenty Five Twenty One, has now begun his service.

As per K-media sources, the actor will enter the military camp today and undergo five weeks of basic military training. Nam Joo-hyuk is said to have applied for a position in the military police squad and has been accepted into the same. His admission ceremony will be a private affair. Upon completion of his service, the actor will reportedly join the SWAT team.
During his time in the military, Nam Joo-hyuk has already finished filming for his upcoming drama called Vigilante, which is set to premiere on Disney+.
