According to SM Entertainment, a fan broke into the private home of Haechan (NCT), affecting the members of his family. However, Haechan decided to forgive this person.
On March 6, SM Entertainment announced that Haechan’s (NCT) private home was broken into by a fan. The company stated that they will propose strict legal action against any illegal acts towards their artists, such as stalking, invading their privacy or revealing personal information.

According to SM Entertainment, the incident occurred at the end of 2022, affecting Haechan’s family members. However, the idol has decided to forgive the person, so they will not face any punishment despite being charged.
The management company also stated that recently, privacy invasion towards NCT members has been on the rise, causing them a lot of trouble. Therefore, SM has decided to take all measures to protect their artists.
SM Entertainment emphasized that “illegal acts not only affect idols but also cause fear and nuisance to those around them. From now on, we will implement a non-compromising policy and take strong legal action to handle cases of intentional privacy invasion of artists”.
Haechan, born in 2000, is the main vocalist of the NCT Dream and NCT 127 groups. These are two subunits of the NCT system.
