On February 28, Japanese media reported that Kurosaki Maon, a famous singer specializing in anime music, had passed away suddenly at the age of 35 due to a chronic illness. The information was announced by Art One Entertainment, Kurosaki Maon’s management company.
“The incident happened suddenly. Kurosaki Maon’s plans could not be carried out. Currently, her family, friends, and colleagues are all in shock,” the management company representative said.

According to Reddit, in September 2021, Kurosaki Maon had an accident and fell from the stage during a concert commemorating her 11th year as a singer. She then underwent surgery for a subdural hematoma. The media suspects that her sudden death may be related to the complications from this surgery.
