Friends crying mourn at the funeral of female international student who passed away in the Itaewon Halloween tragedy!

The victim was identified as a 21-year-old Vietnamese female student, living in Seoul, South Korea. Before the incident, many relatives, friends and the online community went to the personal page of the ill-fated girl to leave their condolences.
