Currently, Kang Tae-oh’s father is a bus driver in Incheon and his mother is working at a sauna.
Kang Tae-oh said, “Thanks to viewers’ love for ‘Extraordinary Attorney Woo’, I was able to give my parents a gift that I couldn’t give them. I remodeled my parents’ house.“
He also made it possible for his mother with a bad back to stop working.
Kang Tae-oh went on to say, “My mother, who used to work in factory and restaurant, now does things like giving locker keys to customers at a sauna. She used to sit in a chair all the time because she had a bad back. I recently told my mom, ‘Stop working and get rehab treatment.’ It’s my wish before I join the army. I’m so happy that I can achieve it.“
He reenacted what he said to his mother brightly, “Mom, stop it. Stop it, okay? I’ll give you living expenses, so stop!“
There is another beautiful story about Kang Tae-oh.
He donated 20 million won to the Hope Bridge Korea Disaster Relief Association when victims of localized heavy rain occurred not long ago.
