Kim Hee-chul, a famous entertainer and a member of idol group Super Junior, reportedly bought a “Sangji Ritzvil Caelum” villa-type luxury apartment, which is favored by many celebrities.

According to reports from the real estate industry on February 4th, it was confirmed that Kim Hee-chul recently purchased a “Sangji Ritzvil Caelum” apartment in Gangnam-gu, Seoul. It is known that he had already made a deposit and has not paid the balance yet.
Sangji Ritzvil Caelum is a villa-type luxury apartment that is particularly favored by celebrities, businessmen, and young rich people due to many advantages, such as its thorough security. Jeon Ji-hyun, Cho Young-nam, and Park Seo-joon once bought Sangji Ritzvil Caelum apartments. Vice president of Daesang Group Im Se-ryeong also purchased one.
There are 4 buildings of Sangji Ritzvil Caelum in Gangnam-gu, Seoul only. The newest apartment was completed in 2012 and it consists of 13 households in total with a supply area of 287 to 333m². Accordingly, the market price of the smallest area in the 4th building, which is 287m² (about 87 pyeong), is 5.35 billion won.
