Goblin is a South Korean television series starring Gong Yoo in the title role with Kim Go-eun, Lee Dong-wook, Yoo In-na, and Yook Sung-jae. It was shown on the cable network tvN from December 2, 2016, to January 21, 2017. It was written by popular drama writer Kim Eun-sook.
Goblin’s final episode recorded an 18.68% quality audience share, making it the fifth highest rated drama in Korean cable television history.It received critical acclaim and became a cultural phenomenon in South Korea. The show won numerous awards, including the Grand Prize (Daesang) for writer Kim Eun-sook and Best Actor for Gong Yoo at the 53rd Baeksang Arts Awards.
It has been 5 years since the movie Goblin and the cast said goodbye to the audience. So how has the life of the cast of that movie changed now?
1. Gong Yoo
After the successful role of the goblin Kim Shin, Gong Yoo’s career has always maintained a stable level but did not have many breakthroughs. But he has always been an A-list star of the Korean entertainment industry.

Although the success of season 1 makes the audience want Goblin to start a season 2. However, Kim Eun-sook once revealed that Goblin is not a bright name for her to start season 2.
