Lisa’s fans around the world went wild yesterday after Lisa was not allowed to attend the BVLGARI-backed show at this year’s Paris Fashion Week due to concerns about Covid-19.

The hashtag #YGLetLisadoHerWork went viral and quickly hit 6.2 million tweets on the Twitter platform as many fans took to social media to express their disappointment with her agency YG Entertainment. They said this is not the first time Lisa has been restricted in her activities.

“Unfortunately due to Covid, her Agency prefers her not participating in events or shows,” BVLGARI’s chief executive Jean-Christophe Babin said on his instagram, even though Lisa is currently in Paris.
“Pity as we have an incredible Bvlgari event tomorrow in Milano and she won’t attend.” he added.

Fans were outraged when Lisa was sent to Paris in the first place but YG did not allow her to attend any fashion week events. Some pointed out that other BLACKPINK members, Rosé and Jisoo, could attend the shows but YG never stopped them.
