Reporter Lee Jin Ho reported that the first person to uncover Hwang Jung Eum’s husband’s affair was their 7-year-old son.

On July 9, her agency shared, “During divorce mediation, Hwang Jung Eum and her husband came to understand the differences in each other’s opinions. Through deep conversations, they decided to continue as a married couple.”

Reports also say that the couple recently returned from an overseas trip to Hawaii together. It was their time traveling together that helped the two mend.

Hwang Jung Eum and Lee Young Don got married in 2016 and welcomed a son in August 2017.
