Jun Ji Hyun really proves that she is not only a good actress but also an extremely talented businesswoman in the field of real estate. On the morning of June 10, Insight reported that the actress sold a building in Nonhyeon-dong, Gangnam gu, Seoul for 23 billion KRW ($20.1 million).
According to a June 9 report from News N and a real estate expert, Jun Ji Hyun purchased the building for 8.6 billion KRW (7.7 million USD) in 2007.
Thus, the total profit that Jun Ji Hyun made is 12.4 million USD for this successful deal.
