The reason is that he was unable to meet the filming schedule of the movie due to the dense schedule already arranged, a number of movie projects he confirmed to participate in before. The source shared that Son Ye Jin is also in talks to play Princess Pyeonggang and has not officially confirmed.
“Cut by the Heart” is a historical drama revolving around a tearful tragic love story between Princess Pyeonggang (Son Ye Jin) and On Dal (Kang Ha Neul). In the movie, Princess Pyeonggang, the daughter of King Pyeongwon, is determined to take revenge. Kang Ha Neul as On Dal – a young man living in a hut in the forest, he is always curious about the outside world. Even though he knew his mother would be angry, he still went to the village market. There, he met Princess Pyeonggang for the first time. Both arise feelings. But for his own purpose, Pyeonggang took advantage of On Dal’s feelings. Because of his deep love for the princess, On Dal voluntarily sacrificed himself.
