Goo Hara’s mother speaks for the first time after the shocking death of her daughter, revealing a secret diary
Today, JTBC’s “Spotlight” will air, with the participation of her biological mother Goo Hara – the character who is in the middle of a lawsuit surrounding the huge fortune of the late female idol.
In front of the camera, this is the first time Goo Hara‘s mother has shared about her deceased daughter. The woman said she was more heartbroken and regretted than anyone else about Goo Hara’s death, and she regretted not being able to fulfill her mother’s responsibilities, leading to the tragedy ofher daughter.
In addition, the mother of the late female idol said that Goo Hara has an old diary in which she wrote a lot of her thoughts. Goo Hara has affection – hates the opposite of his mother. The silver idol was hurt, growing up in solitude without her mother, but on the other hand, she also yearned to be loved by her mother.
Amidst the intense property dispute, Goo Hara’s mother claimed she still had a close relationship with the deceased. When asked about her son Goo Ho In, she only answered “Nothing to say”. Goo Ho In’s brother is the idol who sued his mother and tried to submit to the Korean National Assembly “Goo Hara Act”.
Suicide at the age of 28, Goo Hara left and left behind a huge fortune, dragging a lawsuit between her brother and her mother. Under Korean law, Goo Hara’s assets will be divided into equal parts for her father and mother. However, her mother left when the two children were very young, did not fulfill their parents’ obligations and just came back to inherit. This caused the father and brother of the late female idol to be discontent and sue.
In March, brother Goo Hara also submitted to the Korean National Assembly “Goo Hara Act” but was not passed. This is a law to protect the property of children, limiting inheritance if parents do not fulfill their obligations to raise and educate their children, like the case of Goo Hara’s mother.
